GasRock is a development-stage company, incorporated in the United Kingdom and focused on exploring the helium-rich gas that exists in rock formations in Kansas, USA. The Company’s principal target areas are the Lansing-Kansas City and Topeka formations.
GasRock owns a leasehold of approximately four-hundred and eighty (480) net mineral acres located north of Otis, Kansas which it believes to be prospective for helium and the Company plans to employ unconventional methods to investigate commercial extraction and production. In October 2020, GasRock also agreed to acquire further acreage from Path Investments plc. Significantly this purchase also included a pressure swing adsorption unit, along with other associated equipment, which GasRock believes is a significant step in accelerating its route to becoming a producer of helium.
